New test for Flu A

The influenza A virus test of mariPOC® respi has been updated. It is now 10-30% more sensitive compared to the previous one.

While the sensitivity gets better the recognition spectrum remains the same. mariPOC® influenza A virus test is designed to detect the conserved epitope and therefore it is able to catch widely the seasonal and pandemic subtypes including H1N1, H3N2, H1N1v, H2N2, H5N1, H7N3, H7N9 and H9N2.
