During the COVID-19 pandemic, the suitability of nasal sampling for mariPOC testing to improve patient experience and the possibility of self-sampling to increase testing capacity have been studied. The results show that nasal sampling and self-sampling performed excellently in the detection of SARS-CoV-2. In the future, you will find both of these sampling methods in our user’s manual.

New requirements for COVID-19 rapid antigen tests that can be used by EU Member States to issue EU Digital COVID test certificates are now in full force. The accepted tests on the list have been divided into A and B categories depending on the level of available performance data. mariPOC COVID-19 tests are listed in the most preferred category A.
